Fundraising Software
GiftWorks is a relatively new fundraising software package for the small nonprofit. This affordable donor management software integrates with QuickBooks, and offers a good volunteer management add on to complement the contributor database. GiftWorks 2008 Standard is very capable, and under $700. A Premium version in coming out mid-May with enhanced capability. You can see more at their website Missionresearch. E-mail Newsletters:
Elite E-Mailis an ideal e-mail newsletter program for nonprofits who need a communication tool to stay in touch with members or constituents. I'm moving from another e-mail newsletter to Elite because they charge by the number of e-mails you send out, instead of a flat monthly fee. More about this service in coming months as I use it.
