• Accounting procedures, and help with setup of accounting software such as QuickBooks Premier, Non-Profit Edition. We have offered training on QuickBooks since 2003 to nonprofits. Gerald Sweitzer was a QuickBooks Pro Advisor until mid 2011.

Earned Income & Business Ventures for Nonprofits:

This is a concept that is rapidly catching on to save nonprofits money in their operation.
Open Source Software Evaluation & Selection:
Open Source applications have become major contenders to traditional PC based software packages. Google Docs is now an excellent web-based collaborative tool for nonprofits. I have been conducting workshops throughout the state of S.C. in late 2009 and through 2010 on technology for non-profits, sharing many free and low cost services and programs as tools for non-profits. New database, volunteer, and fund raising packages are now on the market at very modest costs, or free, for non-profits. .

Incorporation of Non-Profit Organizations:
We will assist you in the preparation of your IRS 1023 Form to qualify you for 501 c3 status. Our fee is $600.00 for this service. Included is the the preparation of the state forms, as well as assisting you with your corporate By-Laws. We have prepared one set nearly every quarter in recent years, and will be glad to furnish references.
Faith-Based and Community Initiatives:
Gerald Sweitzer attended the first conference in the U.S. on the effort by the White House to level the playing field for faith-based and community organizations in obtaining federal grants. As Chairman of a county-wide visioning project, he is recognized as brining citizens in communities to create and implement community-wide change.
Rates: Fees are affordable, and vary according to your location (state and large city vs. small town). Travel (mileage) expense reimbursement is in addition to fees.
